This course provided a clear overview of Bitcoin, blockchain technology, and how cryptocurrency is used in both legitimate transactions and criminal activity. I especially found the sections on blockchain investigations, ransomware, and cryptocurrency evidence handling useful. The course improved my understanding of how law enforcement and AML professionals can use blockchain analysis to investigate financial crime while recognizing the legitimate uses of cryptocurrency.
